Terms of Use

Beta draft. Review with counsel before a public launch.

The beta

SHOWDOWN: Fantasy Football is in closed beta. Things will change, break, and occasionally reset — including chips, ratings and match history. We may end the beta or remove access at any time.

Chips are not money

Chips, pots and ratings are game points. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn, and do not carry over to any future version of the game unless we say so in writing.

Fair play

One account per person. No bots, no automation, no exploiting bugs, no abuse of other players. Match outcomes are decided on our servers and are final. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your account

You are responsible for the sign-in method you use. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

NFL data

This game uses publicly available NFL play-by-play data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any team, any player, or any data provider. Player and team names are used to describe real games.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. We are not liable for lost chips, lost matches, downtime or data loss during the beta.

Changes

We will update these terms as the game grows; the date above tells you when.
