Each round has 3 stages. Cards can only be played during their matching stage — or anytime if they're universal grey. Cards boost your players, debuff your opponent, and more. Each card played adds to the POT.
💰 The Pot
Each round starts with a POT of 10 chips. Playing cards increases it. After the YELLOW stage, choose to FOLD and surrender the pot — or DOUBLE it and play into RED. Whoever has the higher fantasy score at the end of the RED stage claims the round's pot.
🏈 Fantasy Scoring
Scoring uses whole numbers — every yard counts. Rushing and receiving yards earn 1 point each; passing yards earn 0.4 (rounded per play, so 25 passing yards = 10). A touchdown is worth 60 points — that's the classic 6-points-per-TD ratio, scaled up to match 1 point per yard (the QB earns 40 for throwing one). Sacks cost the QB 20 points and earn the DEF 10; takeaways earn the DEF 20.
